PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
Completing YOUR Registration ONLINE is as simple as our Store Checkout.
In order to offer our best, most secure experience, the Participant Registration Process is powered by our shopping cart. Start by registering for any role first. You will be given the option to add registrations and campsites as you complete the forms. When you’ve completed your selections, we will take your Contact Details, and if needed, your Payment Information before checking out.
Registration is now open to new participants and required by no later than July 31. You will get your wrist bands, vehicle sticker, etc. upon arrival. You will receive a confirmation by email. No fee. 2 wrist bands per Vehicle and vehicle entry stickers. Trophies will be awarded. Adjoining campsites available, camping fee applies.
No fee. Registration includes 2 wrist bands (space in the re-enactors camp if you are bringing a Period Correct Display.)
The Swap Meet Vendor Registration Cost is $55 per 12’ x 25’ space plus an item for auction, includes 2 wrist bands. If you participated as a vendor last year, please provide your stall numbers and we will try to provide you with the same accommodations.
